nextsales LLC is an inside sales company operating in the US market. Companies in the B2B space engage us to do high-ticket prospecting work for them. This includes market research and list building, cold calling and cold emailing, as well as social selling with a focus on LinkedIn. In short, we do the time consuming, grinding, tedious work of cold outreach that includes a steady diet of voicemail hell, angry gatekeepers, and rejection – so our clients can get on qualified sales meetings with decision-makers that can sign on the dotted line. Practically, we set meetings with the C-Suite in various industries and market verticals for our clients. (our client portfolio consists of multi-billion dollar companies to 3 people consulting firms).

As a Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for: 

  • Reviewing and designing the company’s HR processes, organizational design, job analysis, description and specification, creating HR strategies and policies
  • Forecast HR requirements   
  • End to end recruitment both on the domestic & East European market (sourcing, interviewing, job offering, hiring) from active job advertising, to sourcing to recruitment marketing strategies
  • Active use of LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Sales navigator
  • Allocating internal resources on projects depending on the availability & required skill set
  • Organizing, monitoring, and keeping the HR database up-to-date
  • Organization and execution of new employees’ onboarding plans (training of new recruits and assessing their results) 
  • Coordination with the interrelated departments
  • Creating and implementation of initiatives and strategies for increasing employees’ satisfaction, engagement and retention
  • Providing advice and consultation to employees and management
  • Communicating and enforcing the company rules, policies, plan of benefits to the employees 
  • Career and professional development of the employees
  • Implementation of internal interviews with employees on job satisfaction 
  • Employee relations and conflict resolutions
  • Organization and coordination of the Performance management process and Company evaluation
  • Conducting exit interviews, terminating employment

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as an HR manager. Any entrepreneurial or Project Management experience is a plus
  • Extensive recruitment experience with a proven track record of employing people in a foreign company 
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with outstanding communications skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Initiative
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Tech-savvy
  • Business administrative skills 
  • Familiarity with the USA legislation will be considered an advantage
