About the Role:

We are looking for a person with experience in applied HR research or HR process consultancy, with a good understanding of HR issues and experience guiding evidence-based decision processes. The HR Product Researcher will be involved in developing market expansion proposals and designing and executing research activities. It is an intellectually demanding role and requires good analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and creativity.

Responsibilities:

  • Desk research: Reviewing and collecting information from secondary sources;
  • Design and execute qualitative research studies using various methodologies (in-depth interviews, focus groups etc.), analyze results, and organize findings into compelling reports that include clear and actionable insights and recommendations;
  • Manage assigned market research studies, ensuring quality controls and on-time results by working collaboratively with, other departments;
  • Manage project schedules by following specific and well-defined processes and procedures;
  • Other duties and projects as assigned;

Requirements:

  • + 3 years’ experience as HR/ Specialist Researcher (experience in implementing HR systems and procedures will be consider as an advantage);
  • Relevant understanding of B2B SaaS Business Model OR prior experience in B2B SaaS;
  • Understanding and experience with HR technology and how various HR systems fit together;
  • Knowledge in current HR and people management issues;
  • Proactive professional personality;
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills;
  • Strong written, oral, and communication skills;
  • Assertive communicator;
  • Excellent organizational skills with particular focus on managing details;
  • Expert proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
