Job Description

Our customer is a consultancy in the recruitment field working in the construction and property industry. They specialise in placing talent across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific in both private and public sector organisations.

Currently they are looking to place a person through Causeway Connect on the role of:

HUMAN RESOURCES SUPPORT

To help them stay organized, up to date and efficient. This person will be operating from our Skopje offices, working with them on an everyday basis and helping them stay systematic on their journey towards achieving their goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Phone answering (after the 4th ring)
  • CV formatting and adding them to Bull Horn- the CRM database that the company is using. Uploading both original and formatted CV to BullHorn database.
  • Admin responsibilities on temporary placement details – Providing the contracts and adding placement details to ETZ Payments software which is a back office recruitment software.
  • Permanent after placement letters and service surveys
  • Monthly reports on results from placement survey
  • Increasing google reviews- after being set with SLA
  • Temporary audit to ensure information and documentation is up to date
  • Send terms of business via echosign
  • Chasing terms of business from clients and candidates
  • Increasing followers
  • Advertising reports on a weekly level- Insight on how many positions the company has advertised each week.
  • Placement & Used Source analytics:
    – Source and advertising – Looking at the return of investment index
    – Location demographics
  • Holiday cover data inputting
  • Starters and leavers process
  • Edays absence reports – Pulling out a report of the Edays software that the company uses for tracking absences and leaves.

Potentian Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation: jobs
  • Lead generation: candidates
  • Market analysis

Requirements:

  • Excellent English both verbal and written, clear accent
  • Proactive personality and enthusiasm in regards to their everyday tasks
  • Someone very organized and sufficient in setting priorities and goals in the work
  • Someone with experience in HR and Recruitment will have an advantage
  • Someone with general admin experience working for an HR company would have an advantage
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Open mind towards identifying potential opportunities for the company

Suitable induction and training in regards to the role, the software and the database that they’re using will be done prior to the start. Net salary 500 EUR.
