Fundomate is a financial technology startup based in Los Angeles, California. Our mission is to disrupt the small business financing space by integrating payments and working capital while providing proprietary embedded financial software to our partners. We were named one of Inc.500’s fastest growing private companies in 2020 and are looking to build our IT team In Eastern Europe.

We are looking for Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to join our Human Resource department and help our IT team grow in Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and leaders to understand their business strategy and staffing needs 
  • Partner with hiring managers for full cycle recruiting efforts, including identifying capability and knowledge requirements, sourcing a diverse slate of candidates, establishing valid candidate assessment processes, and facilitating the offer process 
  • Identify potential candidates using Boolean searches, networking, candidate referrals, web sourcing, ATS database and social networking 
  • Perform pre-screen interviews using various methods
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions
  • Participate in branding the company as a premium employer of choice 
  • Maintain a network of industry contacts to identify potential candidates for the company’s future needs 

Qualification:

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience for a search firm, agency, or in-house talent acquisition team with demonstrated expertise in recruiting best practices
  • Ability to develop results-driven recruiting strategies for sourcing, evaluation, and selection of talent
  • At least 1 year of experience in Full Life Cycle Recruiting in IT
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing and recruiting methodologies and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, Reddit and other social sites and boards (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Developed network and readiness to actively use it for recruitment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English
