Our internal team is growing, and we are on the lookout for a Recruitment Admin to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our Talent Acquisition Manager to understand our client’s hiring needs and execute the strategic recruitment plan
  • Support the full lifecycle recruitment process
  • Map out markets and headhunting grounds
  • Screen resumes coming through our Career page
  • Source candidates using our internal database and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Post jobs on LinkedIn and manage talent pools
  • Conduct phone interviews with the shortlisted candidates
  • Communicate with all clients on a regular basis to arrange interviews with the selected candidates
  • Provide HR support and onboarding

Requirements:

  • 3 – 6 months experience or basic knowledge of the HR Industry
  • Team spirit
  • Excellent sourcing skills
  • Total fluency in English, both spoken and written​
  • Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
