This is an opportunity to step into a Talent Acquisition Partner position in one of the most exciting tech companies in the world, let alone the MK market. We need someone who can hit the ground running quickly with a strong network and have the ability to learn fast. As a start up in hyper growth, 2022 is set to be the most exciting year for Slice to date!

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening and face-to-face interviews through to hire for all technical roles
  • Develop creative recruiting/sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust and diverse pipeline of candidates
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience 
  • Work with cutting-edge recruitment tools and systems
  • Be the go-to expert of the Macedonian market with an excellent network, staying on top of any changes and opportunities that will assist you in making hires
  • Continuously build a strong talent pipeline, cultivating relationships across the market for present and future talent
  • Ensure complete visibility of all open roles on our company website, job boards and in-house communication channels to encourage referrals.
  • Work closely with and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year in-house or recruitment agency experience, working across a wide range of Engineering roles at all levels
  • Tenacious TA professional who is curious and can dig deep into candidate experience and motivations
  • Proven abilities to attract passive candidates at all levels
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the ever-evolving candidate market
  • Experience utilizing an ATS (direct experience with Greenhouse a plus)
  • Demonstrable experience in building solid relationships with Hiring Managers
  • Strong skills in candidate management and a track record of offer acceptances
  • Stellar organizational skills, prioritizing work, and meeting deadlines
  • Team player who is not afraid to try new things, give feedback and strive for the best results
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new processes
