Responsibilities and tasks:

• Direct the company’s financial operations and controlling;
• Financial planning with regard to tax, consolidation, and benefits administration;
• Annual budget planning
• Benchmarking and auditing of financial statements;
• Planning/reporting systems;
• Maintenance of professional service relationships with banks, tax consultants, and public auditors.
• Supervise internal controllers, accountants, and financial professionals.
• Perform the duties and exercise the powers delegated to him by the Chief Finance Officer & Chief Executive Officer/President
• Annual budget planning
• Monthly financial consolidation to coordinate timely reporting to satisfy internal and external reporting requirements.
• Benchmarking and auditing of financial statements
• Maintenance of professional service relationships with banks, tax consultants, and public auditors
• Supervise internal controllers, accountants, and financial professionals

 The ideal candidate is:

• A candidate with a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, master’s degree (preferred)
• 5+years of management and leadership experience with increasing responsibility in areas of finance and accounting in either pharmaceutical, medical or food-regulated industry
• Proven experience in the following disciplines; Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting
• Proven experience with financial software and ERP systems, contract law, and purchasing tools.
• Have Financial and Accounting management experience in an international group/market
• Possess strong knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (SAP FICO)
