We are looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The HR Director will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive positive organizational change.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Leadership:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization’s overall business objectives.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and translate them into HR initiatives.
  2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
    • Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  3. Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations initiatives.
    • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
    • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
    • Support employee development through mentorship, coaching, and professional growth opportunities.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Oversee the design and implementation of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
  6. HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Establish and monitor key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR activities, trends, and outcomes.
  7. Legal Compliance:
    • Stay current with employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices remain compliant.
    • Work closely with legal counsel when necessary to address HR-related legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
  • Able to work from 11.00 to 19.00 h.
