EuroTeleSites owns and operates more than 13,000 mobile phone masts between Bodensee and the Black Sea, making it a leading provider of telecommunications infrastructure in the CEE region. In addition to A1 as an anchor tenant, our customers include other mobile operators, internet service providers, companies, and public authorities.
In a nutshell
We are seeking an energetic and proactive HR Project Coordinator to join our telecom company as we modernize and restructure our HR practices. With the implementation of a state-of-the-art HRIS and third-party payroll providers across the operations in our six countries, you will play a pivotal role in driving our HR transformation and supporting our team of 180 employees.
Key Responsibilities – Transition Phase:
- Oversee the implementation of a new HRIS, ensuring a smooth transition from the existing system.
- Collaborate with third-party payroll providers to establish new, efficient payroll processes across all country operations.
- Act as the main point of contact for all transition-related HR matters, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Support data migration to the new HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Assist employees and managers in adapting to the new HR systems and payroll processes by providing guidance and training.
Ongoing Responsibilities (Post-Transition):
- Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and manage offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and system updates are completed.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records while generating regular HR reports.
- Collaborate with payroll providers and finance to ensure payroll accuracy and administer employee benefits.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions, providing outstanding support to employees and managers worldwide.
- Contribute to annual HR processes such as salary reviews, variable pay assessments, and gender pay analysis.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance organizational support and provider collaboration.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and collaboration with external payroll providers.
- Experience with HR software, preferably systems like Personio or HiBob.
- Proficient in Excel and other data management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- University degree in HR, Behavioral Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
