Position Summary:

Performs human resource activities such as coordination, planning, and monitoring of trainings, training and development, performance measurement, personal records, and recruitment.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Collects, analyzes, records, and processes records related to:

         – employee regularity – attendance,

         – paid and unpaid leave,

         – overtime,

         – basic data on employees and data on their employment

         – performance appraisal of employees

         – training, certification, qualifications

         – employment contracts and job descriptions

         – data related to safety and health at work (protective equipment, training, injuries, etc.)

  • Participates in the creation and implementation of recruitment and selection activities, onboarding processes, staff development, performance management, work schedules, etc.
  • Plans and organizes training, full coordination, and keeping records and preparing reports of the planned vs achieved.
  • Participate in the creation, maintenance, and reporting of the accuracy of personal data in the LMS system (and all corporate-level systems as needed)
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the data in the reports that fall within its competence
  • Adapts its qualifications and way of working to new technologies and advanced work procedures and proposes new ones
  • Performs regular coordination and verification of mandatory HS-related training and checkups for new employees
  • Communicates with employees, identifies their problems, and provides support in solving and developing
  • Communicates and arranges activities with outside collaborators
  • Participates in audits, implementation and coordination of ISO, IRIS standardization etc.
  • Coordinate, plan and implement activities related to the provision of personal protective equipment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Мinimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position or industry
  • Informal education, courses, certificates, and diplomas in the scientific field will be considered a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, HR software, ERP, LMS
  • Excellent presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Fluent in English language
