The Role: Human Resources Executive – North Macedonia

We are looking for high caliber professionals to help achieve our goal of becoming “one of Europe’s three most successful apparel retailers by 2026”.

As the Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end HR operations in North Macedonia, including both head office and store recruitment. You will play a key role in attracting the right talent and supporting people development initiatives aligned with corporate and local practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment activities for HQ and stores: job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
• Maintain legal and procedural compliance in all hiring processes.
• Support local application of store promotion programs and talent pipelines.
• Manage communication with candidates in line with corporate standards.
• Monitor probation periods and collect feedback through surveys.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights with the International Recruitment Department.
• Coordinate training and development activities including orientation, functional, and leadership trainings.
• Use HR systems (recruitment and exit modules) effectively.

Education & Language Skills

• University Degree in a relevant field
• Advanced level in English (written & verbal).

Professional Expertise

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR
• Preferably experienced in competency-based interviews
• Experienced in the field of e-learning is plus.
• Knowledge and working experience with country labor law.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs.
• AI experience is plus.
