What has been or is your biggest challenge?

For me the biggest challenge these 10 years… how to assist leaders become the best they can be?

To achieve this I have been investing so much time, energy and money learning, exploring, testing and designing tools which are fun, easy but work deep with out thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

The idea for the challenge for the 10th year anniversary of my work came from there…
