We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator who will oversee the company’s human resources administrative functions and ensure smooth operations within the HR department.
The HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the HR department’s efficiency by preparing necessary documentation, managing time and attendance systems, and responding to employee inquiries. While the specific focus may vary slightly depending on the company’s needs, the HR Admin is primarily responsible for organizing, implementing, and maintaining the administrative processes that support the company’s workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the necessary documentation for employment, termination, and extension of employment contracts, including creating decisions and other documents related to employment.
- Assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR department, including managing employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing employee files.
- Issue various documents upon employee request.
- Prepare, collect, and control documentation resulting from the company’s legal obligations related to employees, such as disciplinary procedures, annual leave, systematic examinations, data protection, time tracking systems, occupational safety and health, etc.
- Manage the time and attendance system.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Communicate policy changes and updates to employees as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests regarding contract matters, handle employee inquiries or complaints, and support disciplinary actions following established procedures.
- Register and deregister employment status with the Employment Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia.
- Prepare overviews and reports upon request from the HR Manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, human resources, business, communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in human resources, specifically in personnel administration and legal matters.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) and
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent knowledge of legal regulations related to labor relations, social and health insurance, and other laws concerning employment and employees.
- Experience working with HR software is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
- Initiative and detail orientated person.
