Job tasks:
- Coordinating learning and development programs on company level
- Coordinating and implementing HR and Employee experience projects for improving employee satisfaction and engagement
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff together with hiring managers
- Assisting the annual performance review process
- Handling and improving the onboarding process of new hires
- Ensuring employee data is correct and up to date in HR software system
- Ensuring HR compliance with all company policies and relevant legislation
Candidate profile:
- Faculty degree
- +3 years working experience in HR
- MS Office knowledge
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Project Management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Highly organized
- Proactive approach
