What you do
Designing and implementing activities that help A1 employees to grow, evaluate & implement improvements based on collected data;
Identify current and future development needs of A1 employees with focus on upskilling;
Taking a central role in designing tailor-made educational programs and internal/external educational programs (e.g. mentoring and coaching);
Transforming the way we deliver learning and development across the company;
Maintain and update internal LMS systems
Actively source external vendors and negotiate regarding business development & learning needs
What you offer
Experience in HR Management (employee education and development, talent management, leadership development, employer branding, etc.);
Advanced Excel and presentation skills;
Preferred knowledge of working with Power Bi and Power Automate;
Knowledge of the functionality of the Workday HRIS system is an advantage;
Growth mindset;
Developed analytical skills for monitoring and reporting purposes;
Project management skills;
Flexibility, resilience and ability to develop in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
