What you do
Develop data reporting and metrics to drive strategic data insights for the organization, including the development monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs
Explore creative and innovative ways to make People data more accessible, more accurate, and more meaningful
Design and develop useful metrics, predictive models, dashboards, analysis, and data reporting to support a variety of HR and business initiatives
Regularly presenting data and analysis to the Leadership Team
Compensation Management
HR Budgeting and Forecasting
Ad-hoc tasks and participation in different projects and activities and project development and lead in all HR related projects
Touch-point for all HRIS related implementation tasks or requests
Understand and document business requirements for reporting, data analysis, and data visualization projects
HR strategy creation and execution
What you offer
Bachelor’s degree in social, business, engineering or natural sciences
A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
Strong applied mathematical, statistical, and analytical skills to design and interpret predictive, descriptive, and inferential statistics
Excellent business understanding / strong business acumen
Data visualization aptitude using both quantitative and qualitative data
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated experience with business intelligence visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI)
