We are looking for a new colleague for our office in Bitola. Our new Office and HR coordinator will have a very important role to play in the establishing and developing our newest location site.

They will be responsible for all operations and coordination in the office and will work in close cooperation with the Admin and HR teams in Skopje and our management in Stockholm. Together we will create a great place to work where all the employees can enjoy the benefits of the Polar Cape culture. Are you the person we are looking for?

Responsibilities for Office and HR coordinator

• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly

• To be main point of contact for the local office: greet visitors and take phone calls

• Receive and sort incoming mail, invoices and deliveries and manage outgoing mail

• Manage office supplies and purchases and place orders as necessary

• Manage outsourced services for the office

• Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements

• Help the HR and Event management team in planning and organizing events

• Help the HR team with some of the recruitment communication

• Establish office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented appropriately

• Maintain the positive atmosphere in the office and provide other support as necessary

Qualifications for Office and HR coordinator

• 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role

• Must have exceptional attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize

• Must be a self-starter and driven

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products

Language requirements:

• English (Fluent).
